Google Play Developer Program Policy Update
Hello Google Play Developer,
We're writing to let you know about a recent update to our Developer Policy Center. We make updates from time to time as part of a continuous effort to make Google Play a positive experience for both developers and consumers.
This email is to inform you of recent changes we've made to our policies:
We've introduced a new policy that prohibits the promotion and sale of Unapproved Substances.
We've added examples to better clarify our Sensitive Events and Bullying and Harassment policies.
We encourage you to review these policy updates carefully in case any of your existing apps are impacted. Any new apps or app updates published after this notification will immediately be subject to the latest version of the Developer Program Policies.If you find an existing app in your catalog that isn't compliant, please fix the app and submit it again, or unpublish it within 30 days of this notification to prevent your app from being removed from Google Play.

2019 年 1 月: 以下に概要を示す更新を行いました。不承認の薬物の宣伝や販売を禁止するポリシーを新たに追加しました。
配慮が求められる事象といじめや嫌がらせに例を追加して明確にしました。
WELQ事件以降、健康に関する取り締まりは厳しくなっている流れですね。
後は、最近ニュースになるいじめや衝撃映像についての取り締まりのようです。

配慮が求められる事象
自然災害、残虐行為、紛争、死、その他の悲劇的な事象に対する妥当な配慮を欠く、またはそのような事象を利用するアプリは認められません。
以下に一般的な違反の例を示します。
自殺、薬物の過剰摂取、自然死などによる人間の死への配慮が欠けている。
大規模な悲劇的事象を否定する。
悲劇的な事象から利益を得ているように見える（被害者に恩恵が届いているのか明確でない）。
いじめや嫌がらせ
脅迫、嫌がらせ、いじめを行う、または助長するアプリは認められません。
以下に一般的な違反の例を示します。
国際紛争または宗教対立の被害者をいじめる。
他者からの搾取を目的としたコンテンツ（ゆすり、恐喝など）。
公の場で誰かを辱めるためにコンテンツを投稿する。
悲劇的な事象の被害者（またはその友人や家族）に対して嫌がらせを行う。
