ポリシーの問題: 上記のアプリは、評価、レビュー、インストールに関するポリシーに違反しているため、Google Play での公開が停止され、削除されました。Google では、アプリの多くの評価が正当ではないと判断いたしました。
今後さらにアプリが停止された場合、その停止がいかなる性質であっても、デベロッパー アカウントの停止や、関連する Google アカウントの調査および停止につながるおそれがあります。アカウントが停止された場合は、支払いが中止され、Google が過去の売上代金や関連する料金（チャージバックや取引手数料など）を回収することがあります。
ポリシーをご確認のうえ、今回の停止措置が誤りだと思われる場合は、Google のポリシー サポートチームまでお問い合わせください。担当者が 2 営業日以内にご連絡いたします。

Policy Issue: Your app was suspended and removed from Google Play for violating the Ratings, Reviews, and Installs policy. We determined that a number of your app’s ratings are not genuine.
Additional suspensions of any nature may result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts. If your account is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover the proceeds of any past sales and/or the cost of any associated fees (such as chargebacks and transaction fees) from you.

このアプリは今月公開したばかりの新しいアプリなのですが、とても残念です。
アプリの中に、「アプリの評価をしてくださいね」っていうダイヤログが出る仕組みがあるのですが、それがダメみたいです。 みんなやってると思うんだけどなー。。。
とりあえずポリシーサポートチームに問合せて、ダメならそのダイヤログを削除して再アップしようと思います。
